Councils and Commissions are leadership groups that are made up of parishioners who advise the pastor and make recommendations that support the life and mission of the parish. The parish leadership is challenged to recognize and accept responsiblity to both the Gospel and the total life giving experience of the Church. These leadership groups encourage the fullest possible collaboration of clergy, religious, laity, men and women, in their common mission to serve the people of God.

Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council collaborates with the Pastor to create a vision for the parish community and develops a pastoral plan to respond to the pastoral needs of the parish and local community. The Pastoral Council is made up of representatives of the various commissions as well as members-at-large representing parishioners of all ages, culture, races, and abilities. The council generally meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 7 pm, starting with Mass at St. Mary.

Finance Council
The Finance Council assists the pastor in administering the temporal goods of the parish by providing a consultative voice in assessing the parish budget and the overall parish expenditures. The Finance Council meets every quarter on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, starting with Mass at St. Mary. 

Worship Commission
The Worship Commission works in collaboration with the pastor in assessing the needs of the worshiping assembly, provides direction to liturgical ministers, provides liturgical education to parishioners, and implements diocesan liturgical norms. The Worship Commission generally meets on the 2nd Wednesday of the month after the 7pm Mass at St. Ann.
